1st Festival - Competition

On the occasion of its fiftieth anniversary,
the International Festival of Documentary and Short Film of Bilbao (ZINEBI) with the collaboration of EBA organises the 1st edition of Ex IS, a festival-competition aimed at promoting contemporary audiovisual creation and the development of their new formats.

The submitted works shall be experimental in nature and may be made with complete freedom of choice with regards to theme or style.
