To submit films for consideration by the Festival’s Scheduling Committee, fill in the online questionnaire below and submit the film either via the Movibeta Festival or Festome websites by clicking on the following links or send a DVD to the following address:

Deadline for receiving the preview DVD (short and feature films) is August 15th of 2014. All selected films will receive the entry form in order to formalize their participation in the Festival.

(*1) DVD should be sent as follows:
– Marked “Goods without commercial value: for cultural use only”.
– If the sender wishes to retrieve the copy, with return delivery by express courier service: DHL, UPS, etc or via diplomatic channels.
*Payable by the participant.

(*2) Copies should be sent:
– On a temporary admission basis.
– With return overland paid at source or DHL, FEDERAL EXPRESS, UPS, Etc.
– or via diplomatic channels

(*3) SHOWINGS: The Festival undertakes to organise for each film only the three showings envisaged under International Regulations.

(*4) The lender of the print, Declares him/herself to be empowered by the producer to lend the print.
The person indicated in “Production company” or “Lender…”, undertakes not to withdraw the film from the festival.
The film to is lent to the festival on condition that the festival strictly observes:
– FIAPF regulations for international cinematographic events, and
– The supplementary provisions laid down in this entry form.
